General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 20bd platform and all services connected to it. By using the 20bd website, you agree to fully accept and comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

20bd reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will take effect from the date they are published on the website. By continuing to use the platform, you will be considered to have accepted the new Terms.

Eligibility & Account

• The same person may not create multiple accounts.

2.2 Account Security

2.3 Account Suspension or Closure

In the event of a breach of these Terms, or if evidence of fraud or misconduct is found, 20bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account. Any valid balance will be considered separately in such cases.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following mobile banking methods are accepted for depositing funds on the 20bd platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for each method)
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• You must use your own registered mobile number when making a deposit.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Processing a withdrawal request generally takes between 10 and 45 minutes. Withdrawal requests can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

3.3 Special Information About Rocket

Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. It is an accepted payment method on 20bd, just like bKash, Nagad, and Upay.

Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

20bd offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or deposit ৳18,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings from the welcome bonus must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only (not on the combined amount of deposit plus bonus). The wagering multiplier is 20x.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly as cash.
• Certain games or markets may be excluded from bonus fund play — see the promotions page for details.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts or from the same device is prohibited.

20bd's VIP program has four tiers. Based on regular play, members can advance to higher tiers and enjoy weekly cashback benefits.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP benefits are granted entirely at 20bd's discretion and may change at any time. Demotion from a VIP tier is also possible if the required criteria are not met.

Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

6.1 Fair Play Policy
